American vs. Samaratin

We sit in our big nice houses with our 24/7 entertainment and climate control, and forget that we don't deserve what we have and nothing that we have is ours by our own doing. But wait there I worked my butt off to get where I am today Jack-o. Hmm lets look at something oh yeah.

James 1:17 – Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

That means you ability and all that knowledge you pride yourself on (yes I am stepping on my own toes here) is from God. I didnt do a dang thing for it nor do I deserve it.

And try to realize that those less fortunate really aren’t as different as they may seem.
